How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at jascmanageme35@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted .
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right .
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within [5-10] business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund .
